She was a real mean girl, I could never celebrate the wins without a critical filter overshadowing my accomplishments. Just imagine having a bully that is following you around all day pointing out every little mistake! That was my reality.

The beauty of EFT is that it fits into life so seamlessly! Here’s how I’ve woven it into my days:
Morning tapping has become as essential as my coffee ritual. I clear any anxiety about the day ahead and set intentions.
Throughout the day, if I notice my thoughts spiraling, I’ll do some “stealth tapping” (sometimes just tapping my collarbone or under my arm in public works wonders).
Evening tapping helps me process anything challenging that came up and release the day so I can sleep peacefully.
